1. Visit a Nursery
It’s important for you to meet us in person and check out the nursery setting before making an application. You need to trust us and like us and your instincts will tell you if it is a good fit or not. You can schedule a visit by booking a one-on-one session with the nursery manager, or you can attend an Open Day.
-
Open Days are particularly helpful because you’ll get to see a whole range of activities in one day. The whole team will also be available to answer any questions you might have.
We host Open Days regularly throughout the year. Please contact front of house to find the next available date.

If you can’t make an Open Day or would prefer to meet a manager one-on-one, we provide 30 minute tours of all our nurseries. The nursery manager will be able to answer your questions and you’ll get a sense of what the nursery schedule is actually like.
If the nursery is full with a waitlist, we recommend you attend an Open Day and submit an application to join on the waitlist.
2. Submit an Application
After you have visited us, you can submit an application online and pay a non-refundable £150 registration admin fee.
Once you have submitted your application, we will check our registers to determine if a space is available for the sessions requested.
If a space is available:
We will offer this to you and ask for a £400 deposit to secure your child’s space.
Once payment is received, we will then confirm the space as yours and issue a letter of confirmation. We will also send through a copy of the welcome pack, terms and conditions, and policies and procedures.
If a space is not available:
We will offer to add your details to our waiting list. We make contact with families on the waiting list as and when there is a change in circumstance.
3. Schedule your Child’s Settling In Sessions with the Manager
Please make sure you book in settling in sessions prior to your child starting.
-
Ideally, we like to have the first session for an hour, where you will stay with your child and have a chat with the key worker, discussing your child in depth.
-
The second session is for two hours, where we will try a period without the parent being present.
-
The final session is for a morning, including a meal. Hopefully this will be sufficient, but there are cases where more sessions may be required.
It’s no problem if more sessions are required, just speak to the manager and will make it happen.
